Backstage of aircraft de-icing

Coinciding with a time of polar vortex, trending topic in Spain and Europe at that time, we took the opportunity to explain the process of de-icing conducted by  Delta before initiating any of the flights. In other words, the backstage of how the planes are prepared and de-iced to operate in extreme weather conditions. This story is a clear example of how current issues can be applied to communicate about our clients' activity.
